Titan Moving Group: Full HGM research

Research reviewed October 8, 2026. Records and terms can change.

Federal records, operating arrangements, consumer accounts and source limitations behind the short company profile.

Research context and what to verify

Match your documents to the federal entity and identify the company performing the move. Selected accounts describe experiences, not how often an outcome occurs.

Federal identity and operating structure

TITAN MOVING GROUP LLC; USDOT 4516822; MC-1789055. No DBA is displayed. The retrieved SAFER record lists Coconut Creek, Florida. Titan’s website expressly describes arranging interstate household-goods transportation through a separate carrier. Older or similarly named Titan businesses in other states are not merged into this profile.

The supplied research used a September 29, 2026 federal snapshot. HGM’s October 8 recheck retrieved a newer snapshot dated October 6 with the same identity and household-goods broker authority.

Federal recheck: October 8, 2026. SAFER displays data as of October 6, 2026, active USDOT status, entity type BROKER, Broker of Household Goods authority and no out-of-service date. Verify current authority and filings through FMCSA before booking.

Review evidence and dated accounts

Conservative primary sample: approximately 13 narratives: nine substantive BBB reviews and four selected consumer complaint cases. Company responses and follow-ups count within the original case.

  • Primary publication range: July 20–October 2, 2026.
  • Underlying move/booking anchors: May–August 2026.
  • Ten additional My Good Movers narratives dated September 28–October 8 were inspected as supplementary evidence, not added to the primary sample.
  • Duplicates: Highlight cards and their repeated full reviews count once. Possible cross-platform overlap was avoided by not pooling the supplementary directory into the primary count.
  • Excluded: A complaint from another similarly named business was not treated as a household customer’s move experience. A local-move directory account did not establish the physical provider.
  • Attribution: Positive crew accounts generally do not name the carrier. They describe a move booked through Titan, not verified Titan employees.

Dated anchors and updates:

  • BBB reviews dated September 24–October 2 describe organized handling; several also mention incomplete timing communication. Better Business Bureau
  • August 31 complaint: inventory/price dispute; Titan’s September 4 response acknowledged a binding estimate for listed inventory while disputing the carrier circumstances.
  • August 11 complaint: cancellation/deposit dispute; Titan denied a full refund under its stated contract terms.
  • July 20 complaint: pricing and delivery-update concerns; the customer accepted a resolution on July 29.
  • July 23 complaint: delayed cancellation refund; Titan reported mailing a replacement check on July 24. Receipt was not independently confirmed. Better Business Bureau
  • October 1 directory review: additional-charge allegation; physical-provider identity unresolved. 132 Verified Reviews (2026)

Reported favorable experiences

BBB reviewer accounts describe organized loading and furniture placement, careful handling of bulky or fragile belongings, and efficient coordination at the moving-crew level. These are reported carrier-service experiences associated with Titan bookings, not evidence of Titan-operated crews.

Reported concerns and attribution

Selected BBB complaints raise differences between initial estimates and later charges, questions about brokerage fees and cancellation terms, and pickup/delivery information or follow-through after a dispute. The retained cases include contested accounts and company responses and do not establish a company-wide failure rate.

Policy context and resolution updates

Titan’s published cancellation policy describes written cancellation within three days of signing the bill of lading. This is company-published policy, not HGM’s legal conclusion or a universal refund entitlement. Confirm the broker-fee amount, written deadline and procedure in your signed agreement.

The BBB July 20 complaint received a customer-accepted resolution on July 29. In a separate July 23 cancellation-refund case, Titan reported mailing a replacement check July 24; receipt was not independently confirmed. The August 11 deposit dispute includes Titan’s denial of a full refund under its stated terms. These outcomes remain separate.

Evidence limitations and excluded sources

The primary selected sample is approximately 13 narratives, not a representative satisfaction sample. Ten supplementary My Good Movers narratives were inspected but not pooled with the primary count because overlap could not be excluded. A complaint about another similarly named business was excluded from household-customer evidence. A local-move directory account did not identify the physical provider.

Favorable physical-work accounts generally do not name the carrier and do not establish Titan-employed crews. Damage allegations remain individual case context, not a broad overview theme. Directory boilerplate claiming physical-mover status or insurance coverage was not adopted. Company responses remain attributed statements, not established facts. No national failure rate, guaranteed refund, composite rating or dishonest-pricing conclusion is supported.

Review methodology

Review research checked October 8, 2026. Federal records independently rechecked October 8, using SAFER snapshots displaying October 6, 2026 data. Review dates, sample selection and case updates are detailed above. Counts describe selected account groups, not independently authenticated transactions or platform-wide outcomes. Excerpts, full reviews and updates to the same experience count once; uncertain cross-platform duplicates are not pooled. Broker activity, carrier performance and unidentified providers remain distinct. Reviewer accounts are not verified events. No ratings, representative percentages or unsupported frequency claims are calculated. Sources can change.

The earlier profile described these service categories. Confirm availability, included work and the performing carrier in your written agreement. They are not proof of broker-operated trucks or crews.

Sources and transparency

This is independent consumer information, not a mover endorsement, recommendation or rating. Federal records, company statements and consumer accounts serve different purposes. Dated source links and HGM’s correction process allow factual corrections and substantiated responses.
